SFL sells the Le Vaisseau building (Issy-les-Moulineaux) to the Catholic Institute of Lille

SFL (Paris:FLY), leader in the prime segment of the Paris commercial property market, announces that it has sold the Le Vaisseau building, located on Ile Saint-Germain in Issy-les-Moulineaux, to Catholic Institute of Lille, which plans to relocate its Faculty of Law there, also located in Issy-les-Moulineaux since 2013. The building was sold for €27 million excluding transfer costs.
Extending over approximately 6,300 m², the property presents an exceptional architecture with a unique facade and an opening roof. It was designed by Jean Nouvel for the advertising agency CLM BBDO and was completed in 1992.

SFL was advised in this operation, initially carried out by BNP Real Estate, by Anne-Hélène Garnier (Oudot & Associés).
