Michelle Pfeiffer lists posh property in Pacific Palisades for $ 25 million
Well, it was quick.
A year and a half after buying an expensive property in Pacific Palisades, “French Exit” star Michelle Pfeiffer and her husband, television producer David E. Kelley, changed course and decided to separate from the house. It is now on the market for $ 25 million.
The newly built mansion was purchased in January 2020 for $ 22.25 million in an off-market deal, through a limited liability company linked to Kelley, according to Mansion Global.
Designed by Steve Giannetti in 2019, Napoli House, as it’s called, contains seven bedrooms, 10.5 baths, and a spacious 10,329 square feet. On just over a third of an acre, the land overlooks the Riviera Country Club.
Built to mimic a Mediterranean-style villa, the space blends ‘old world charm’ with modern elements, a neutral palette, glass walls, and plenty of access to the outdoors.
The layout offers seamless indoor-outdoor living, with sweeping views of the outdoor space from the Great Room and extended seating for alfresco dining.
A spacious kitchen has a Lacanche Sully range imported from France, built-in Wolf ovens and several islands that overlook the living and dining area. A large glass wall disappears to connect with the outside.
In the formal living room, there is a beamed ceiling, as well as a wall that opens completely to the outside, with room for lounging outside.
Other highlights include a formal dining room, office, gym, home theater, and wine cellar. The upstairs master bedroom has a fireplace and balcony, as well as a huge bathroom with a freestanding bathtub.
The space also includes guest bedrooms, a four-car garage and an art studio. The outdoor spaces offer space for dining and entertaining, as well as an infinity pool, gardens and grassy lawns.
The couple have other real estate transactions underway. They put another home in Pacific Palisades on the market for $ 7.3 million. And they’re bidding farewell to a 340-acre property in British Columbia, according to Architectural Digest. They also sold their long-standing equestrian property in Woodside, Calif. For $ 22 million in 2020.
The iconic actress has starred in such notable films as “The Age of Innocence” and “Married to the Mob”, as well as the role of Catwoman in “Batman Returns”. Most recently, she appeared in the Marvel films “Ant-Man and the Wasp” and “Avengers: Endgame”.
Kelley’s credits include producing the hit series “Big Little Lies,” Alley McBeal “and” Boston Legal. “
